Our goal is to get you your order as quickly as possible. Ever order we ship we track the forecast for your zip code to make sure there is no risk of melting. All shipments headed to warm regions of the country will have ice packs added to keep your order cool.

Please note, if you live in an area with average temperatures above 70 degrees Fahrenheit, we highly recommend that you be home to receive your order. We will send tracking info so you can see when you're order should arrive. If an order melts on a doorstep because it was delivered when a recipient was not home, we will not take responsibility for ruined product.

We ship Monday through Friday. During the warmer months or for orders going to hotter climates, we may hold packages from shipping on Fridays so they don't get stuck in the mail over the weekend and melt.

Please note that shipping speeds are based on business days. For example, if you order on a Friday and pay for 2-3 Day Expedited Shipping, your package will arrive on Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week.
